and salaried
packages or if you are able to bring existing business with you other
packages can be negotiated.
In return for your skills and commitment, you will be provided with
a desk in our fully air conditioned office in central Worthing where
you will have access to the latest computerised quote and admin systems. Previous
experience of these system is not required, training will be
provided.
You will be required to use your sales techniques to obtain new
clients. It will be your responsibility to deliver quotes and
convert into acquired business. You will be responsible for broking
new business, obtaining and negotiating quotations for the renewal
of the accounts and cross selling where possible. Additionally you
will be responsible for handling all adjustments including
extensions of cover and ensuring that all relevant documentation is
kept up to date. It is essential when applying for this position
that you possess commercial insurance experience, gained in either
an insurance company or broker. You must demonstrate a proactive,
outgoing personality, good administration skills, an ability to deal
with clients at all levels and able to negotiate with insurers.
Existing books of business can be accommodated or if you have
recently sold your brokerage and would like to return to the
business with existing leads this would be an ideal position for
you.
